Don't Just Survive…Thrive

Life is about thriving, not just surviving. Problems have a root that gradually grow into symptoms. There's no such thing as a "quick fix" or miracle drug, but there is always a path to healing. Our sole aim together is for you to get better as efficiently as possible while also remembering the body and mind often take time to heal.

Let’s navigate your healing journey together so you finally feel better and start thriving.

Tailored Treatments

Eastern medicine informs us that there is never a "one size fits all" approach to healing and that the body is inherently wise. Every problem is as unique as the human behind it, rooted intricately within the mind and the body, informed by our environment and your specific genetics. We will unwind this complex web through deep and compassionate interactions, while keeping our minds and hearts open and inquisitive.

Based in Balanced Science

As a natural-born skeptic and deeply curious human, I am continually seeking to translate the dynamic balance between scientific evidence, clinical outcomes (read: what works in real life), cognitive bias, and enduring health into something that works for you in your day-to-day life.

Grounded Medical Care

Integrative medicine healing is not about being sold specific products, lab protocols, diets or ideologies. Lab testing is an excellent and necessary addition to good medical care, but it’s just one tool in a very large toolbox. Together, we will navigate the convoluted landscape of "alternative," "holistic," “functional,” and "integrative" medicine and find what works for you.

From Chronic Stress to Resilience

Life is beautiful, but also complex and challenging. Accumulating chronic stress causes illness and possibly even death. Building a foundation of true health will provide you with the tools you need to nourish yourself, cultivate resilience, sustain wellbeing, prevent future illness, and "be your best self," even when things in life become challenging.

Self-sustainable Wellbeing

I do not see myself as a healer, but rather as someone who can use my expertise and experience to help you engage with your inner healer. Self-sustainable wellbeing means you’ve learned how to listen to your body and mind and know how to take care of yourself. Through our work together, we will find the set of tools you need to achieve this.

A small investment in your health now will provide you with a life-long knowledge-base, allowing you to live vibrantly and stave off chronic disease and potentially huge medical costs in the future.

Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.
— Rumi

I know first hand how integrative medicine can come to the rescue when a problem fails to be solved by 'conventional' Western medical treatments. I have been on my own personal health and healing journey and have successfully addressed my chronic neck pain, weight issues, allergies, insomnia, serious women's health issue, acne and scalp psoriasis, autoimmune disorder, pre-diabetes & elevated cholesterol, knee pain (twice surgically repaired), and anxiety + depression with integrative approaches. If you'd like to know more, just ask!

Now I would love to help you heal better! ♥
